Investing in Your Health

You’re Not Falling Apart. Your Body Is Asking for Support.

Many of the women I work with are in their late 30s and 40s. They are raising children, building careers, caring for aging parents, managing households, and carrying an enormous mental load.

They often tell me:

  • "I'm exhausted, even when I sleep."

  • "I don't recognize myself anymore."

  • "My metabolism has completely changed."

  • "I feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally flat."

  • "My periods are different."

  • "My workouts aren't working anymore."

  • "My labs are 'normal,' but I know something isn't right."

For many women, these symptoms are dismissed as stress, aging, or simply part of motherhood.

I disagree.

While stress absolutely plays a role, many women are also experiencing the early physiologic shifts of perimenopause, nutrient depletion, metabolic dysfunction, disrupted stress physiology, thyroid imbalance, and changing hormone patterns.

My goal is to help identify those patterns and create a personalized plan that helps you feel stronger, clearer, and more resilient.

A More Comprehensive Approach

New patients enter a structured course of care designed to uncover the root causes of symptoms and create a clear roadmap forward.

Your initial assessment may include:

  • Comprehensive bloodwork

  • Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA)

  • Detailed review of medical history

  • Nutrition and lifestyle assessment

  • Evaluation of stress physiology

  • Thyroid and metabolic health review

  • Hormone assessment

  • Review of sleep, digestion, exercise, and recovery patterns

Together, this information helps us understand not only what is happening, but why.

Your Personalized Care Plan

Based on your history, symptoms, and testing, your plan may include:

  • Customized nutrition recommendations

  • A personalized multivitamin formulation

  • Lifestyle and stress-management strategies

  • Hormone replacement therapy when appropriate

  • Prescription medications when clinically indicated

  • Targeted nutritional supplementation

  • Ongoing laboratory monitoring and optimization

This approach is designed to support improvements in:

  • Energy and stamina

  • Sleep quality

  • Mood and emotional resilience

  • Body composition

  • Metabolic health

  • Digestive function

  • Cognitive performance and focus

  • Cycle health and hormone balance

  • Long-term healthy aging

Rather than simply managing symptoms, we work to build the physiologic foundation that allows your body to function well for years to come.

What to Expect

Initial New Patient Visit

60 Minutes — $400

A comprehensive review of your medical history, symptoms, goals, previous testing, and current concerns.

Initial recommendations for nutrition, lifestyle, supplements, and medications will be made at this visit, and appropriate testing will be ordered.

Protocol Review Follow-Up

30 Minutes — $175

Typically scheduled 4–6 weeks after your initial appointment.

During this visit we review laboratory findings, HTMA results, and your individualized treatment plan. Recommendations are refined and personalized based on your results.

Ongoing Follow-Up Care

30 Minutes — $175

Most patients are encouraged to follow up every 8 weeks during the first six months of care.

This allows adequate time to evaluate progress, adjust protocols, monitor medications, review laboratory trends, and continue moving toward long-term goals.

As symptoms stabilize, many patients transition to follow-up visits every 12–16 weeks.

Insurance

Revolution Women's Health operates as an out-of-network practice.

Payment for clinical services is collected at the time of your appointment. Major credit cards and HSA/FSA funds are accepted, and all patients are required to maintain a current payment method on file.

Frequently Covered by Insurance

  • Standard bloodwork

  • Imaging studies

  • Conventional diagnostic testing

  • Most prescription medications

  • Standard hormone therapies

Coverage depends on your individual insurance plan.

Typically Not Covered by Insurance

  • Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA)

  • Nutritional supplements

  • Personalized vitamin formulations

  • Certain specialty testing

  • Most compounded medications and compounded hormone therapies

HTMA Testing

Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis is an out-of-pocket expense.

$150 per test

Most patients complete testing approximately three times per year during the initial phases of care.

How Out‑of‑Network Reimbursement Works

Here’s the simple process many of my patients use to get partial reimbursement for their visits:

  1. You Pay at the Time of Your Visit
All payments are made directly to our office.

  2. We Provide a Superbill
This is an itemized receipt with everything your insurance company needs to process your claim.

  3. You Submit to Your Insurance
Upload the superbill through your insurance portal or mail it in.

  4. You Receive Reimbursement
If you have out‑of‑network benefits, your insurance will send you a check—often covering a percentage of your visit cost after you meet your deductible.

Checking Your Benefits

To get a clear picture of what you can expect, call your insurance company and ask:

  • “Do I have out‑of‑network benefits for nurse practitioner visits?”

  • “What is my out‑of‑network deductible?”

  • After I meet my deductible, what percentage of my visit will be reimbursed?”

Pro Tip: Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) can be used for office visits, specialty labs, and supplements—making your care even more accessible.

Why Out‑of‑Network Care is Worth It

When I step outside the constraints of traditional insurance models, I can give you what you truly need: time, attention, and a personalized plan for healing. This isn’t “sick care”—it’s whole‑person care for every stage of womanhood.
