• The first step for all new clients is to fill out the application form. Nicole will them review your details and questions, and contact you to schedule a complimentary consultation.

  • You will fill out intake paperwork including an initial health questionnaire, a symptom survey, and a food journal before you schedule your first appointment. This allows Nicole time to review your information in detail before your appointment.

  • Yes, we review lab work from previous providers and also recommend and order new lab work based on your individual symptom presentation. Labs and other diagnostic tools are essential to getting to the bottom of your health struggles and while we can be flexible with timing, you must be willing to obtain lab work. In the long run, this saves valuable time and resources. As we like to say “test, don’t guess!”

  • All appointments take place virtually in a secure zoom meeting room. You will be sent an individual link prior to each appointment. While we know life is busy, your appointments will be exponentially more productive if you take them in a quiet, private space, away from distractions. It is also helpful to use a computer or a tablet rather than a smartphone because we often review labs and resources with small print.

  • We work with women of all ages and young women who have begun menstruating (or are at the age when mensuration would occur).

We specialize in supporting women in their childbearing years, even those who are not specifically “trying” for a baby.

A caveat for our younger clients: this work requires a high level of emotional maturity, as well as a supportive family system. Parents or guardians of young women will be asked to attend sessions to receive logistical information on a scheduled basis. Out of respect for our young clients’ privacy, all other communication will be between the parent/guardian and the child.

  • We support male partners of our female clients during fertility and preconception processes. For general men’s health outside of the fertility process, we are able to make referrals to other skilled practitioners.

  • No, we are not able to accept insurance or provide CPT or diagnostic codes for insurance reimbursement. However, HSA/FSA funds can be used to pay for services at the discretion of your individual insurance plan. Some plans request a letter of medical necessity to be filled out by your primary care provider and kept in your personal files.

  • It’s possible, but in all honesty, much more time consuming and much less effective.

Supplements provide powerful support to bring the body back into a state of balance in a relatively short period of time. Initial protocols may include a larger number of supplements for a specific period of time, while long term support is generally less intensive.

We use only to highest quality of professional grade supplements. As an active client, you’ll be asked to purchased all your recommended supplements through a specific professional distributor (and receive 10% MSRP when you do so). This is because the supplement industry is not regulated, and purchasing supplements from a trustworthy source is essential to ensure your safety and clinical results.

If you have concerns about working with supplements, please let us know so that we can address them.

  • No, and here’s why:

Meal plans can be restrictive, and don’t take into account individual flavor preferences, cultural cooking techniques, or seasonal produce availability. They also keep you tied to external permission and approval, instead of helping you hone your instincts and tune in to your body.

So while you won’t be following a meal plan, you will be following a customized datasheet of foods to include and exclude based on your symptoms, allergies, and health goals. In addition, you’ll be provided with plenty cooking inspiration from the best nutritionally trained recipe developers on the web, as well as psychological and behavioral support from Nicole addressing your specific needs.

If you feel you need support with culinary skills and know-how, referrals to instructors can be made.

  • All clients are asked to commit to an initial six months of active work together following a specific step-by-step protocol. Hormonal health concerns often manifest cyclically, and it can take several months of cycling to see sustainable change.

However, building health is a journey, not a destination. Health goals morph and grow with different stages of life and we are here to support you through those stages. Many clients choose to commit to 12 months from the start, or continue on after the initial six months. Whatever your needs, we are able to provide you with structured support.

  • It’s a great question and I’m glad you asked. This work is not easy, I won’t lie. But is is powerful. It will allow you to create life-long sustainable health that belongs to you and you alone. Not a pill, not a doctor, not an insurance company.

That being said, it takes commitment from both of us. I promise to hold up my end of the bargain, to support you, advocate for you, educate you, and guide you through this time of transformation. But, you need to hold up your end too.

Here are a few questions to ask yourself:

Am I ready to take 100% responsibility for my health?
Am I ready to step away from old patterns and habits to make changes that will support my health?
Am I willing to invest time, energy, and money to make changes?
Am I willing to make a long-term commitment to educate myself, shift my perspective, and implement healthy changes?
When I tap into my deep intuition, can I feel the desire for better alignment with my body and my purpose?

Only you can decide. I look forward to supporting you on your journey!
